Applications are invited in the prescribed format from the eligible candidates for contractual engagement of Management Trainee (F &B) in the units of Odisha Tourism Development Corporation Limited on the following terms and conditions.

Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Management Trainee(F & B)
Minimum Educational Qualification: – Degree/ Diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition recognized / approved by AICTE and Government.
Remuneration: – Rs.9,300/- (Consolidated excluding Employer Share EPF & ESI)
General Conditions:
i)The engagement in the above post is purely contractual in nature and terminable at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
ii)The selected candidates will work initially for a period of one year in different units. The details with job responsibility shall be finalized by the Management of the Corporation.
iii)The terms can be extended further on the basis of his/her performance and requirement in the Corporation at sole discretion of the Corporation.
iv)Age: – The candidate must have attained the age of 21 and below 35 years as on 01.04.2015 with minimum one year experience in Hotel Sector.
v)Persons working in Govt. / Public Sector undertaking / autonomous organization should submit their applications through proper channel.
vi)The interested candidates are to apply in prescribed application form to be downloaded from our website www.panthanivas.com with attested photo copy of the educational documents / certificates along with experience certificate if any to the undersigned by 04.00PM of 20.05.2015. Any application reached after stipulated date will be rejected.
vii)The candidates will have to produce the proof of details furnished in their applications in original at the time of interview.
