Applications, on prescribed proforma, given below, with complete Bio-data along with attested copies of relevant testimonials i.e. proof of qualification, Date of Birth, Category belongs to, Two Passport size photographs affixed out of which one should be pasted on the right upper side of the application are invited for the below mentioned 16 (Sixteen) posts of Peon & 06 (Six)
posts of Process Server up to 10.09.2015 up to 5.00 P.M as per detail given below:-

Vacancy Details:
1. Name of the Post: Peon
No of Posts: 16
Pay: Fixed Monthly emoluments of Rs. 4900/- in the Pay Scale of 4900—10680 + 1300 Grade Pay as per Punjab Govt. Letter no. 7/204/ 2012 – 4 FPI/ 66 dated 15.01.2015 or as admissible from time to time.
Qualification: Middle passed and should have knowledge of Punjabi language up to middle standard.
2. Name of the Post: Process Server
No of Posts: 06
Pay: Fixed Monthly emoluments of Rs. 5300/- in the Pay Scale of 4900 — 10680 + 1650 Grade Pay as per Punjab Govt. Letter no. 7/204/ 2012 – 4 FPI/ 66 dated 15.01.2015 or as admissible from time to time.
Qualification: Matriculation with knowledge of Punjabi Language
General Conditions:
1.The incomplete applications and those received after 5.00PM of due date i.e.10.09.2015Â shall be rejected without assigning any reason. This office will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery, whatsoever.
2.It is made clear that while applying for both posts, the applicant must submit Seperate application for each post of PEON OR PROCESS SERVER . The single application for both the posts will be considered only for the post of PEON not for Both or Process Server. However, both applications can be submitted in Single Envelop.
3.Before applying to the above said post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills eligibility criteria. This office shall reject the applications not fulfilling the requisite criteria at any stage fo recruitment and if erroneously appointed such candidate shall be removed from the service.
4.All the candidates applying for the post of Peon and/or Process Server will appear along with their original testimonials in the office of undersigned on the date fixed for the interview. No T.A./D.A will be paid to the candidates for this purpose.
5.Number of above said posts, may be increased or decreased due to administrative exigency. In case of CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT of interview due to administrative reasons, this office shall not be responsible.
6.The post of reserved category will be offered to the candidates of General Category, if no suitable candidate from the reserved category is found eligible.
7.All candidates must mentioned their contact numbers and email ids in the applications.
