Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement of Lower Division Clerk and Group – IV Staff under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) on purely contract basis in the Siliguri Municipal Corporation.

Vacancy Details:
1. Lower Division Clerk
No. of post: 10
Educational Qualification: Graduate and must have knowledge of computer in M.S. Office and intemet.
2. Class ‘IV’ staff
No. of post: 10
Educational Qualification: Passed the Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
General Note:
a. The Upper age limit for the above mentioned posts will be 42 (forty two) years as on 01.04.2015.
b. Contractual monthly consolidated remuneration will be Rs.9000/- (Rupees nine thousand only) for LDC and Rs.5000/- (Five thousand only) for Group-IV posts.
c. Self attested copies of all Certificates / Testimonials are required to be attached along with the Application form. Original Certificates / Testimonials will have to be produced before Interview, failing which, candidature will be rejected straightway. Candidates acquiring required Educational Qualification after the date of application are not eligible.
d. One application should be used for single post. One copy of the self signed photograph of the candidate is to be pasted on the application & name of the post for which applied must be
mentioned on the cover of the application and top of the application as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF”.
e. One candidate is entitled to apply for any one post.
f. Applications should reach by post at the following address on or before 9th November,2015 up to 4:00 p.m. sharp.
