Other Terms & Conditions of Engagement :
ï‚· Fixation of remuneration: For pensioners, the monthly remuneration of re-employed personnel will be on the basis of last pay drawn at the time of retirement minus pension and for non-pensioners monthly remuneration will be based on pay in pay band plus grade pay being drawn at the time of retirement from the respective post.In addition to this, re-employed personnel posted in Kashang HEP shall also be allowed special project site allowance (SPSA) at par to regular personnel appointed in Kashang HEP on monthly pay as per entitlement and applicability for the respective posts in HPPCL.
ï‚· Tenure: The tenure of engagement against the respective post for which incumbents are to be engaged shall be initially for a period of six months and can be further extended. Provided further that HPPCL can terminate this engagement even before the expiry of the above period by giving notice of one month in advance or paying one month’s salary in lieu of notice of one month in case the conduct and performance of the Re-employed Personnel is not found satisfactory or the service are not required anymore.
HOW TO APPLY : Interested eligible candidates are required to fill up the application form in the prescribed format as at Annexure-A and may appear for walk-in-interview alongwith original and one set of self attested photocopies of certificates/ testimonials related to educational qualification, experience, retirement order, age proof, and last pay drawn certificate etc.
