Applications are invited for filling up following posts of Clerk on Adhoc basis (pay scale of Rs.10300-34800+Rs.3200/- Grade pay), initially for a period of six months or till regular appointment are made by the Hon’ble Court, whichever is earlier, on the following terms and conditions:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree from recognized university and has passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi one of the Subject.

Note:
- The salary/pay of the selected , candidates will be governed as per the Punjab Government, Department of Finance (Personal¬Branch-1) notification No.7/204/2012-4FP1/66 dated 15.01.2015 and No.7/204/2012-4F.P.1/1049 dated 21.12.2015 or as admissible from time to time at the rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner Faridkot.
- Attested copies of relevant testimonials i.e. proof of qualification, date of birth, Category belongs to alongwith two latest passport size photographs attached with the applications should reach this office till 4:00 PM upto 30.11.2016. No application will be entertained thereafter. Incomplete application will be rejected summarily without any notice.
- The candidates should be between the age of 18 to 37 years on 01.07.2016. Relaxation will be given as per instructions of Punjab Govt.
- The reservation of the vacancies as per the policy of Punjab Government. The post of reserved category will be offered to the candidates of General category, if no suitable candidate from the reserved category is found available.
- Date of written test for the post of Clerk on Adhoc basis is 18.12.2016. The candidates should attend this office at 9:30 AM alongwith original testimonials on the date of test/interview. No separate letters will be issued with regard to the written test.
