Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-
Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th class or equivalent examination from a recognized Board and ITI or Degree/Dipoma in relevant Trades from recognized institutions approved by NCVT/AICTE.

General eligibility of the candidate:
In order to be eligible for appearing in the examination a candidate must satisfy the following conditions.

(i) The candidate must be a citizen of India.
(ii) Shall possess requisite qualifications, relevant experience and be within the age limit prescribed for the post.
(iii) Be able to read and write and speak Odia; and have
(a) Passed middle School Examination with Odia as Language subject; or
(b) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination wit Odia as medium of examination in non-languag subject; or
(c) passed in Odia as language subject in the fina examination of class VII from a school or educationa institution recognised by the State Government or th Central Government, or Passed a test in Odia Middle English School Standard conducted by th School & Mass Education Department;
(iv) The candidate shall be of sound health, good physiqu and active habits.
(v) The candidate shall be of good character.
(vi) If married, must not have more than one spouse living.
