GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Only Indian nationals need to apply.
- Candidates who had applied for posts at Sl. No. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 against Advt. No. NITMGH/ REC/NF/2016/3497 dated 29.03.2016 and Advt. No. NITMGH/REC/N-F/2016/4623 dated 08.08.2016 need not apply again. They are requested to send updated bio-data/ Curriculum Vitae only.
- For all the posts, where age limit is prescribed, the date for calculating the same will be the last date of receipt of the applications as declared in the advertisement/ Institute Website.
- Mere fulfillment of minimum qualification and experience do not entitle a candidate to be called for the examination / interview.
- Candidates must have the requisite educational qualifications and experience on the last date of receipt of the applications as declared in the advertisement / Institute Website. Those who applied for these posts last year whose educational qualifications and experience have changed since then are advised to send an updated bio-data/ CV for updating their details.
- No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from candidates regarding postal delay, conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for the interview.
- Persons in employment should submit their applications through proper channel with a forwarding note of
the employer. However, a photocopy of the duly filled in application form along with the Bank Draft in original may be sent as “Advance Copy” in order to avoid delay in receipt. - Applicants for the post of Assistant Registrar must enclose details of all their qualifications and relevant experience along with self attested copies of all mark sheets, certificates, etc.
