Educational Qualification:
- For Junior Engineer: Must possess Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized institute and should have minimum two years of working experience.
- For Electrician: Must have 8th Standard education and Certificate from Industrial Training Institute in the relevant trade.

- The rates are subject to change as per Minimum Wages Act, 1948 in the NCT of Delhi. EPF, ESI and other Provisions of Law for contract employees are also applicable. Selection will be made as per prescribed norms and requirement of the job.
- Candidates who are residing at Attari, Raxaul, Jogbani, Agartala and Petrapole may be given preference.

- The SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from registration fee.
