With reference to the Advertisement No. 05/2018 Dt. 23.03.2018 for the positions of Registrar and
Finance Officer, eligible candidates (Registrar-13 Nos. and Finance Officer-06 Nos.) as listed in
Annexure-I&II are informed to appear for a Personal Interview as per the schedule given in Annexure1&11.
The eligible applicants are also informed to bring all testimonials in original (including ‘No Objection
Certificate’ from their employer, if not submitted earlier) in support of their candidature, without which they may not be allowed to appear before the Selection Committee.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Personal Interview.
Further, lists of the in-eligible applicants (Registrar-08 Nos. and Finance Officer-07 Nos.) are also given in the Annexure-III&IV along with the reason(s) for not being called for the Personal Interview.

N.B. Individual Call Letters have already been issued through e-mail to all the eligible candidates. Call letters are NOT sent through any other mode. If any candidate does not receive the call letter (through e-mail), he/she may appear in the Personal Interview on the basis of this notice.
