General Instructions:

• The necessary instruction for filiing–up of online application form is available on SKIMS website:www.slkims.ac.in
• The last date for the submission of online application forms as prescribed above shall be the’cutoi’fdate for determining the eligibility to applyfor the post.
• The application form for the above mentioned posts shall be filled online aiong with scanned copies ofrequisite certificates/ Documents, to be uploaded in (.pdf) format on SKIMS website (www.slkims.ac.in) only and no any other mode of submission of application form shall be entertained.
• A link for online filling of application l’orm shall be available on SKIMS website from 10–08~ 2018 to 10–09–2018.
• The candidate is required to upload the images of recent photograph, signature and thumb.impression specimen, images to be uploaded should be only in (*.jpeg, *.j pg)..– Size ofphotograph (passport size) must be between 20 kb to 50kh– Size of the signature and thumb impression must be between 10 kb to 20kb.
• Candidates must take a printout of the fee payment challan after successful filling of application form.
• Candidates can deposit fees ot’Rs.300 (Rupees Three hundred Only) in any branch of J&K  Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment e-Challan only.
• Candidates cannot edit their application form after submission.
• Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID as specified in the online application form while applying for any post shall be kept active during the concurrence ofa recruitment process.
• Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode” ofapplieation or incomplete steps would be accepted and such application would, be rejected.
• Candidates should not submit a printout of the application / fee payment receipt(Challan) t0 SKIMS at this stage.
• The application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission ifshortlisted for interview.
