General Information:
- Army Recruitment Rally under the aegis of Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Chennai will be conducted by Army Recruiting Office, Guntur from 05 May 2020 to 17 May 2020 at Bharathiar University Sports Stadium, Coimbatore (TN) to enroll eligible candidates into the Army from seven districts of Andhra Pradesh viz, Anantapur, Chittoor, Guntur, Kadapa, Kurnool, Nellore & Prakasam in
Soldier Nursing Assistant/ Soldier Nursing Assistant Veterinary category. Candidates will have to apply online only, on the official web site www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 21 Mar 2020 to 19 Apr 2020. Admit card will be issued online after 20 Apr 2020. Candidates are requested to bring their admit card, application and documents mentioned in the admit card at the rally site. Date and time of reporting at rally site will be mentioned on admit card. Print out of admit card can be taken after 20 Apr 2020 from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Candidates are advised to carry their Admit Card and documents in water proof transparent document sleeves/sheet protection to cater for guard against damage due to inclement weather. - Date and time for Screening of documents, Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test will be mentioned on the Admit Card.
- Primary medical examination will be carried out with effect from 06 May 2020 onward at the Rally Site.
- Candidates who are below 18 years of age will have to bring their parents consent certificate. Format of Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper is attached to this notification as paragraph 1(e) of Appendix A.
- Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State at National level within last two years. For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website.
- CANDIDATES WILL REPORT TO BHARATHIAR UNIVERSITY SPORTS STADIUM, COIMBATORE (TAMIL NADU) AT 0030 HRS ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME AS PER THE PROGRAMME GIVEN IN THEIR ADMIT CARD AND CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT WITH CLEAN SHAVEN FACE. CANDIDATES TO BRING THEIR MARKS SHEET OF CLASS X WITH MARKS OBTAINED AND “NOT” GRADES. GRADE SYSTEM SSC CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. CANDIDATES, WHO ARE NOT IN POSSESSION OF MARKS SHEET, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RECRUITMENT RALLY.
- The candidates should be medically fit to join Indian Army at the time of Rally.The Medical Standards have been uploaded on the website.
- Advisory for Candidates for Submission of Online Application/Registration.Online application on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in has edit option available till the registration is open (21 Mar 2020 to
19 Apr 2020). Please use it and correct the details if required / necessary. Candidate must ensure to submit the application again after the edit / correction has been carried out. - Education Certificate with marks sheet in original of all educational qualification achieved by candidate i.e Class 8th / Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognized School / College / Board / University.
- Provisional / Online Education Certificate should be certified in & signed by the head of the Educational Institution of concerned Board / University
- Candidates with Matric Certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate Countersigned by BEO /DEO.
- Candidates to produce latest automated Nativity, Community and Date of Birth Certificate issued by District Administration of their native state in English (i.e. from mee seva). Residence Certificate holders are not allowed to participate in the rally. Details to be filled in para 3 & 4 of Appendix ‘A’.
- Caste Certificate affixed with photographs of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
- Religion Certificate issue by the Tehsildar/SDM (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is NOT mentioned in caste Certificate).
