The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is looking for energetic and dedicated Graduates with at least three years of relevant experience for recruitment as Assistant Officer (Grade A0) in the finance function for the year 2025. The candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process comprising of Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion/Group Task (GD/GT)

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: The candidate must be between 30 years as on 30th June, 2025.
- Gross Pay Scale: The starting basic salary for selected candidates will be ₹ 40,000/- per month, and they will be placed in the gross pay scale of ₹ 40,000 – ₹ 14,00,000 (Gross Pay per annum).
- Education: The candidate must have a Graduate degree with minimum 55% marks (relaxed to 50% for applicants belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories) and passed CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate (or equivalent education from CA/CMA Institute).
- Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in the finance function as on 31st January, 2025.
