An Indian Army Recruitment Rally will be conducted under the aegis of Headquarter Recruiting Zone, Bangalore by Army Recruiting Office, Belgaum at Gulbarga District Stadium from 05 to 14 October 2017 to enroll eligible candidates into the Indian Army from six districts of Karnataka i.e. (Belgaum, Bidar, Gulbarga, Koppal, Raichur and Yadgir) in the categories of Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Clerk/Store
Keeper Technical, Soldier Tradesmen. Candidates of Havildar (Education) category, who have already applied online, will also attend the rally. Candidates will have to apply online only on the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 10 August to 15 September 2017. It is essential to mention Aadhar Card details in online application. Candidates who apply online for the Rally successfully will be able to download their Admit card after 19 September 2017 from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Candidates are requested to print their admit card neatly and bring it to the rally site. The admit card should be handled with care and neither folded nor crumpled. Candidates are allowed to apply for only one trade.

Educational Qualification:
- For Soldier Technical: 10+2 Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject or 10th class pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate if 3 yrs Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute.
- For Soldier Nursing Assistant: 10+2 pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 40% marks in compulsory subjects and minimum 50% marks in aggregate or B.Sc Degree (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio Science) and English. Stipulation of marks laid down at 10+2 level will not be applicable for B.Sc degree.

- The candidates should be medically fit to join Indian Army at the time of Rally.
- For Candidates below the age of 21 years, Indian Army will enroll only unmarried candidates.
- Tatoo/Engraving. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body is not acceptable and candidate will be barred from further selection. Tribes with tattoo mark on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis.
