TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- In case of large number of candidates in a particular city, the centre opted by the candidates as first preference, may not be allotted and candidates will be asked to appear at 2nd/3rd preference or any other new city. In case of less number of candidates in a particular city, the
examination centre in that particular city may be cancel led. The decision on allotment of centre by CSPl-ICL will be final. The interview will be held at Raipur. - The selected candidates can be posted in any of the Chhattisgarh State Power company i.e. CSPDCL/ CSPTCL/ CSPGCL based on merit list, option given by them and subject to vacancy avai lab’le.
- CSPHCL has” no mecha1iism to check the certificates as the candidates are applying on line. If,at any stage certificate of the candidate i? found to be forged/fictitiOLis/bogus, the candidature.of such candidate will be cancelled and action will be taken according to the law. In case the candidate is ineligible, the application shall be rejected.
- Only those departmental candidates, if selected, shall be eligible to be issued appointment.order who are certified by the HOD as. not having any pending SCN I disciplinary proceeding or undergoing/contemplated or under punishment period.
- Candidates servi1~g in. Govt. I Quasi Govt. I PSU are required to submit “NOC” from their employer at the time of document verification~ failing which candidature of such candidate may be rejected.
- Traveling ~xpenses for outstation candidates for appearing in the ori I ine Computer Based Test and Interview I Document Verification will be paid to SC/ST/OBC candidates only as per Power Companies rule.
- The reserve category candidates selected in merit availing relax standard shall be considered against vacancy of the respective category.
- CSPHCL 1~eservcs ·the right to increase/decrease vacancy and also to cancel the complete process of recruitment, if required.
- Selected candidates will have to produce Medical Fitness Certificate from Divisional Medical Bdard for AE (Civil)-Trainee, A.O. I A.M.-(F&A)-Trainee, Ad.O./ A.M. (HR)-Tr:afoec? Medical Officer, Welfare Officer-Trainee, Programmer-Trainee and Districl Medical Board for JE (Trainee) based on the c1.:iteria prescribed by the Chhattisgarh State Power Companies.
