General Instructions:
- Candidates have been called for the written test based on their declaration about fulfilling all the eligibility criteria against the trade/post applied for. All shortlisted applicants are thus advised to appear for the written test and further selection process only if they are meeting all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in our advertisement.
- Appearing in the written test or subsequent selection process does not conform any right of engagement at Barauni Refinery against this advertisement.
- Candidates are advised to carefully go through and comply with the instructions as specified in the admit card.
- Candidates shall also bring along with their original Photo Identification proof issued by Central/ State Govt authorities (like Pan Card/ Aadhaar Card, Driving License/ Voter Identity Card / Passport) as proof of your identity failing which your entry shall not be allowed for the written test. The name in application form should be matching with that in Photo-ID proof failing which entry at the test venue shall not be allowed.
- Any late entry beyond 30 minutes (10:30 Hrs) of commencement of test shall NOT be allowed.
- Outstation SC/ST/ PWBD candidates shall will be reimbursed to and fro 2nd Class Rail/Ordinary bus fare by the shortest route after Written Test as per rules. The format for claim shall be uploaded on the IOCL portal & to be submitted via Registered Post after appearing in the Test. Submission of proof of journey and a copy of valid Caste / PWBD certificate is essentially required.
- Candidates are advised again to COMPULSORILY retain their copy of Call letters as the original Call Letter is required to be surrendered to the Invigilator during the Written Test. No assistance for photocopying shall be provided at the Examination Centre.
