Matric /SSC (10th Standard) with full time ITI in any trade or Diploma in Engineering courses in any discipline with valid Heavy Motor Vehicle License (Transport).

- The details entered by the candidate at the time of Online registration are final and binding. While applying the candidates should enter their full name as it appears in the SSC / Matriculation certificate.
- All qualifications should be from a recognized Board/ Institution in India. All certificates should be in English or Hindi. Candidates possessing the required qualification in their respective stream through Distance Mode / Correspondence Course / Off Campus are not eligible to apply.
- For calculation of percentage of marks acquired by the candidate in ITI / Diploma in Engineering, the total marks of all semesters / years shall be considered.
- Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel / restrict / enlarge / curtail the recruitment process as well as the number of positions in each branch or overall, keeping in view the Plant’s needs, without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
- Candidates are advised to ensure while applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements mentioned in this advertisement and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that the candidate does not fulfill
the eligibility criteria and/or does not comply with other requirements of this advertisement and/or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature is liable to be rejected. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice. - The final selection is subject to the candidates being found medically fit as per Company’s Medical Rules.
- No travelling expense would be payable to candidates called for the Online test. Candidates will have to appear for the Online test at their own cost. The date, time and venue of the Online Test will be made available in the Admit Card.
- Candidates should produce the required certificates in Original in proof of Age, Caste, Qualification,NOC etc., at the time of Certificate Verification, failing which they will not be allowed for Medical Examination.
- Candidates claiming benefit of reservation should submit Caste Certificates in the format for appointment to posts under Govt. of India / Central Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking (Formats available in our website www.vizagsteel.com) issued by a Revenue Officer not below the Tehsildar.
- Candidates working in Government / Semi-Government / Public Undertakings will have to produce “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” from the present employer at the time of Certificate Verification.
- Employees working in RINL should apply through proper channel failing which their applications will be rejected. In case, during any stage of Recruitment process it is found that such candidates have suppressed the information about their employment in RINL and have not applied through proper channel,their candidature will be rejected.
- Candidates should retain copy of the Registration slip for future reference.
- Candidates not depositing exact amount of application fees will be rejected.
- In case of any overwriting or tampering of Registration Slip, the candidature of the candidate shall be rejected. If there is a mistake while registering on-line, the candidate has to register again before the last date. Latest registration only shall be considered.
- Applications not in the prescribed format or without digital photograph and signature will be rejected.

- RINL shall not be responsible for any loss of e-mail sent, due to invalid / wrong e-mail ID provided by the candidate or for delay / non receipt of information if a candidate fails to access his / her e-mail /website in time or due to any network related data loss at any stage of the recruitment process. No request in this regard will be entertained.
- Candidates found to be furnishing false declaration / certificate or indulging in malpractices or use of un-fair means or bringing influence during any stage of the selection process will be disqualified and also debarred from participating in future recruitments of RINL.

- The decision of RINL in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, rejection of the application,issue of Admit Cards, Mode of Selection, conduct of Online test, allotment of examination centers, verification of certificates/testimonials and selection will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

- Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant is a Navaratna PSE under the Ministry of Steel. Visakhapatnam Steel Plant fondly called Vizag steel. It is the first shore based Integrated Steel Plant in the country and is known for its quality products delighting the customers. It is a market leader in long products and it caters to the needs of diverse Industrial sectors. It is the first Steel plant to be certified ISO 9001:2008 (presently2015), ISO 14001:2004 (presently2015), OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Standards. It is also the first PSE to be certified ISO 50001:2011 – Energy Management Systems and has acquired CMMI Level 3 Certification for s/w development.
- The original 3.0 mtpa plant, commissioned in 1992, has been operating above its rated capacity at high levels of operational efficiency and consistently making profits for more than a decade. The plant has been recently expanded to 6.3 mtpa of liquid steel with an investment of Rs.12,300 crs. RINL has also taken up modernization of its existing units with an investment of Rs.4,000 crs which would further increase the capacity to 7.3 mtpa by 2017. As a part of its business diversification strategy, RINL is in the process of setting up the largest Forged Wheel Plant at Rae Bareli; Transmission Line Tower Manufacturing unit at Visakhapatnam; Iron Ore Slurry Pipeline from Nagarnar to Visakhapatnam; Pelletization Plant at Visakhapatnam, etc.
