General Information:
- Candidates will be required to update their GATE 2019 Registration number and upload their GATE 2019 Admit Card in the POSOCO Recruitment portal.
- If the candidate is called for GD and interview, her/ his identity would be verified with GATE 2019 admit card and Original GATE‐2019 score card. Therefore candidates are requested to retain their GATE 2019 admit card
and score card with them. - Candidates shall be required to bring a valid photo ID to the interview.Photocopies of the original identification document shall not be acceptable. If shortlisted, candidates will not be permitted to appear for the group discussion and interview if original and valid photo identification is not presented along with the GATE 2019 admit card and score card.
- Mere appearance in GATE 2019 or submission of application to POSOCO during the earlier application window does not guarantee the adequacy of candidature for being considered for further selection process.It is imperative for candidates to update their GATE 2019 Registration number and upload their GATE 2019 Admit card on the portal in the window mentioned.
- The applications of Candidates who do not update their GATE 2019 Admit Card and GATE 2019 Registration number on the POSOCO website will be considered incomplete and hence,will not be considered for any further process.
- Complaints attributable to the incompatibility of the Client Systems,ignorance of users,non‐availability of internet connectivity or any other aspects beyond the direct control of POSOCO employees or systems will not be entertained.
- All information regarding this recruitment process would be made available in the career section of POSOCO website only.Applicants are advised to check the website periodically for important updates.Once registered for POSOCO,all correspondences shall be made through their registered e‐mail ID or candidate login only.
- This is in continuation to our earlier advertisement Ref. No. CC/07/2018 dated 31.08.2018 regarding recruitment of Executive Trainees (Electrical) and Executive Trainees (Computer Science).

- The recruitment Portal will reopen from 31st January 2019 to 1st March 2019 for candidates who have successfully applied earlier to update their GATE 2019 Registration number and upload GATE 2019 Admit Card.
- Candidates who have already successfully applied in the POSOCO Recruitment Portal between 16th September 2018 to 15th October 2018 can update their GATE 2019 Details on the portal using their Login and Password.
- Applications of Candidates who have successfully applied earlier and have completed their applications in all respect (including payment of Rs. 500/‐fees,if applicable) will be considered. As specified in our advertisement dated 31st August 2018,it is reiterated that for Non‐Exempted candidates only On submission of application fees,the application process will be treated as complete.
- Payment window will remain closed, candidates who have not/ could not make payment earlier CANNOT make payment now.
- The Portal will only be open for existing candidates to update their GATE 2019 Admit Card and GATE 2019 Registration Number. Candidates who have not applied earlier, can not apply now. Candidates who have not completed their applications, can not complete them now.
- GATE Registration No. as appearing on the GATE‐2019 Admit Card needs to be entered carefully in the online application form.No other number should be entered as GATE ‐2019 Registration number while applying to POSOCO.Please note that once your details are updated, no request regarding change in GATE Registration Number shall be entertained.Enter your name and other details exactly as entered in your GATE 2019 Admit Card.
- If GATE 2019 Registration number is not entered/ wrongly entered or the GATE 2019 Admit card is not uploaded,the candidate’s application will be not be considered for further recruitment process.
