Pay Scale: Rs.32900-58000/-
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Science/Commerce/Law/ Management/ Transportation / Infrastructure/ Urban Planning from an institute of repute. OR Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Automobile/ Civil / Transportation, from an institute of repute.
Type of employment: On contract basis for three years, extendable for further periods on mutually agreed terms and conditions OR
On Re-employment basis.

The candidate selected in E5 grade shall be in the pay scale of Rs.32900 — 58000 (IDA) and other perquisites as applicable to E5 grade as per KMRL approved policies.

For recruitment on Re-employment basis: The pay structure, allowances along with perquisites applicable candidates recruited on re-employment basis shall be as under:

• Basic Pay- will be the last drawn basic pay minus pension, if any
• Dearness Allowances- as revised by the Government from time to time on the last drawn basic pay. The candidate will not be eligible for dearness relief on basic pension.

For recruitment on re- employment basis:

Retired Officers of Government Departments / Organizations / PSUs in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 (grade pay Rs.7600/-); CDA pattern) or in the pay scale of Rs.29100-54500 (IDA pattern) or equivalent pay scales in Government with minimum 20 years of experience (out of which, at least 7 years should be in executive cadre) in any of the transport related domains, viz., administration, operation, implementation or enforcement. Should have worked at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade of E4 (IDA pattern) or equivalent pay scale or rank in Government.
