General Information:
- BRIDCUL is an undertaking of Government of Uttarakhand with a mandate for infrastructure development viz. construction of roads, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure projects within and outside the State.
- Must have minimum 3 years residual services left as on 01.07.2020.
- Relaxation in terms of upper age limit is admissible to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the policy of the Uttarakhand Government and for Ex. Serviceman as per GOI rules.
- Only one application from a candidate will be entertained. ‘
- BRIDCUL will not be responsible for application lost in transit. No correspondence in such cases will be entertained.
- Only short listed candidates will be invited for interview. No correspondence or enquiry (written or personal) will be entertained in this regard.
- The number of posts may increase or decrease.
- The above advertised posts have liability of India or abroad.
- Application found incomplete in any respect shall be summarily rejected.
- Any lobbying/canvassing would disqualify the candidate.
- Initially the deputation period is for three years but can be reduced or extended as per requirement of the Corporation and the prevailing Government rules for deputation.
- Experience of working in IT enabled/Computer environment is desirable for all the above posts.
- Candidates serving Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertaking will be required to submit their application through proper channel along with:-
i) No Objection Certificate from the parent department of the candidate (Mandatory to submit during interview).
ii) Certificate from department that no disciplinary enquiry is going on or pending against the candidate tobe submitted.
iii) Copy of Last five years’ ACR.
iv) Salary certificate of last drawn salary. - It is required to submit the self attested copies of Educational qualification, Experience Certificate, NOC and any other documents which required to submit for the post applied for.

- Traditionally Infrastructure Development in India has been the right of the government with projects being funded through either the Central or State governments, and financed through their respective budgetary resources. However, due to a lot of constraints arising daily on financial and human resources available with the Government of Uttarakhand, there has been an increasing focus on attracting private sector participation through Public Private Partnership (PPP) in planning and development of infrastructure projects.
- Today the debate is no longer being focussed on the conflict between public and private sectors, but rather on the most efficient way of sharing risk, joint financing, and achieving balanced partnerships between private sector developers/ operators and public authorities – the Public-Private Partnership.Government of Uttarakhand is increasingly exploring possibilities of private participation in infrastructure services, with the aim of improving the service levels offered to the citizens as well as industrial growth in Uttarakhand.
- The BRIDCUL ( Formerly USIDCL) was incorporated by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on March 25, 2008, as the main construction agency of Uttarakhand State to develop the infrastructure within and outside the State and anywhere in the World
- BRIDCUL is the sole organization for construction of Bridges more than 60 m span length as per the order of Government of Uttarakhand besides other infrastructure works related to buildings, airports ,flyovers etc.
