Educational Qualifiation:
Process Server:- Candidates must possess the educational qualification of H.S.L.C. standard; and those who have passed under graduate course or equivalent shall not be eligible to apply for the said post.
Peon:- The Candidates should possess the educational qualification of class VIII standard; and those who have passed H.S.S.L.C. (Higher Secondary or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply for the posts. Candidate having special skill may be preferred on need basis.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Vacancy Notice 09 Process Server & Peon Vacancy – Assam
- The Candidates of all the posts shall be required to appear in the written test of 70 marks. The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for vivavoce test of 30 marks. The date of written test and viva voce will be communicated by call letters.
- Age: not less than 18 (eighteen) years and not more than 44 (forty four)years as on 0Ll04l20IB. Relaxation of age is admissible as per the existing rules and norms of the Govt. of Assam. Reseruation for the posts will be maintained as per Govt. Rules.
- Number of posts may vary at the time of final selection.
- Candidates already in seruice should apply through proper channel.
- The candidates intending to apply for both the posts will have to submit separate Application forms.
- Applications must be accompanied with self attested copies of all relevant documents/testimonials in support of their educational qualification along with 3(three) copies of recent passport size photograph.
- One self addressed envelope of 5 CMx11 CM is to be enclosed with one application affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 5/- only.
- Indian Postal order of Rs. 100 for General candidates AND Rs. 50 for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST is to be enclosed with the application form .
- No T.A. /D.A. will be paid for appearing in the Written Test/Viva voce etc.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason.
- Last date of submission of application form shall be 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
- If any candidate is found to have suppressed his/her educational qualifications or given wrong information, at the time of applying for the job or later on,his/her candidature shall stand rejected, without any information to him/her with immediate effect and shall also be liable to criminal prosecution, as per law.
- No application will be accepted after due date under any circumstances.
