ADA invites applications for SCIENTIST/ENGINEER posts in various disciplines of Engineering for Design, Development, Testing & Evaluation of various Systems/ Sub-systems and Project Management from suitable Scientists and Technologists from Universities, Institutes of Technology, Research Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings and other non-Government bodies in India or abroad or Central or State Government Departments possessing the required qualifications and experience only.

Educational Qualification:
- For Scientist/Engineer ‘E’: First Class Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics only from a recognized University with 10 years experience.
- For Scientist/ Engineer ‘D’: Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics & Telecommunication/Technology in Aeronautical/ Aerospace /Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering only from a recognized University with 7 years experience.
- For Scientist/Engineer ‘C’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering only from a recognized University with three years experience.
General Instructions:

- Only Indian Nationals need apply.
- First Class in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University is mandatory. No rounding off of marks is permitted. Candidates should be in possession of First class degree certificate awarded by the university at the time of submitting the application. Provisional Degree certificate will be accepted only from the candidates who have passed-out in the previous year.
- The applicants should ensure that they satisfy the eligibility criteria as on the closing date of online registration. The prescribed Essential Qualifications and Experience are bare minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for the interview. Experience in Aeronautical/ Aerospace industry is desirable for all the posts.
- Educational qualifications and experience are two separate items of requirements. Candidates should possess the prescribed essential experience in the relevant fields as mentioned under the column ‘Nature and area of experience’. The prescribed experience should have been obtained by the candidate after acquiring the prescribed educational qualifications.
- The applications will be screened by a Committee on the basis of educational qualifications, experience at suitable level, professional achievement, aptitude for design, development, management skills and personal qualities and strength of the candidates. The candidates should therefore mention all qualifications/ experience/ achievements/ specialization etc. in relevant field including those over and above the minimum qualifications. The appointment will be subject to the completion of formalities like medical examination prescribed for Group ‘A’ technical posts of Government of India with field service liability and character verification etc. besides verification of SC/ST/OBC/PH (with minimum 40% disability) certificates wherever applicable.
- The period of training/apprenticeship or part time/casual/per-diem employment/ guest or visiting faculty will not be counted as work experience.
- One set of copies of the self-attested certificates in proof of qualifications and experience should be brought at the time of interview along with the application form; however, candidates will be required to produce all original certificates for verification.
