Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering / Diploma / M.Sc/M.Tech / with not less than 60%.

General Instruction:
- Selection will be through written Exam and /or interview of shortlisted candidates.
- Candidates will be shortlisted on the merit of marks secured in degree/diploma as per MEQ prescribed, and shall be called for written exam and/or interview. List of shortlisted candidates shall be published on our web-site.
- After the selection process, a panel of selected candidates shall be maintained and engineers so empanelled shall be given offer of appointment on the basis of merit, as and when there is a requirement at specific project/Office of Ircon in India during next one year from the date of empanelment.
- The number of posts indicated above may vary based on further assessment of requirement.The final posting will be as per the Ircon’s requirement and no change in posting at any stage of recruitment will be entertained. The decision of Ircon in this regard shall be final.
- The above post is specifically for Ircon’s Office/Projects, in India and not for the regular establishment of Ircon. The appointment will be initially for a period of one year, extendable further as per the requirements of the company, if the services of the candidates are found to be satisfactory. However, the appointment is co-terminus with the project for which is candidate is selected and will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of the company or for appointment in other projects of the company.
- Applicants working in Govt./PSUs may note that they have to produce NOC at the time of interview and resign from their parent organization on before joining.
- Reimbursement for indoor treatment for self at the place of posting only would be permissible.
- Minimum PF as prescribed under the EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted from the salary and a matching contribution will be made by IRCON. The accumulations will be paid at the time of cessation of contract.
- One leave for each calendar month of service which can be availed during the contract period. Leave can be carried forward and accumulated but no leave encashment for unavailed leave is allowed during the contract or on resignation or termination of contract. No other type of leave would be admissible.
- One weekly off and other public holidays when the project office remains closed would be available.
- Working hours/days and off will be the same as for the Project.
- TA/DA would also be admissible if deputed on outstation duty.
- No other perks or benefits would be admissible except the above.
- All information submitted in the application will be verified with original documents at the time of interview. If any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature is liable to be rejected/cancelled at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Suitability: If selection panel finds any candidate suitable/fit for a lower post which is advertised in this advertisement, then he/she shall be selected on the lower post (irrespective of the actual post/vacancy to which candidate has applied) subject to the willingness of the candidate.
- The ex-employees of Ircon, whose services were terminated due to closure of projects, can also apply for these posts if they fulfil the required qualifications and experience. A copy of the termination letter should be sent along with the application. This appointment will be subjected to their satisfactory performance and shall be co-terminus with the project. The person so appointed for these projects will have no claim for their absorption in regular establishment of the Company or for appointment in other projects of the company.

- Chabahar-Zahedan Railway: In May 2016, during Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s trip to Iran, agreement was signed to develop two berths at Port of Chabahar and to build new Chabahar-Zahedan railway from Chabahar Port in Iran to Afghanistan, as part of North–South Transport Corridor, by Indian Railway’s public sector unit Ircon International.The establishment of the port of Chabahar’s connection to the country’s railway plan, is under study and consideration. With the completion of the Kerman–Zahedan railway and its connection to the port of Chabahar, this port will connect to the Trans-Iranian Railway.
