General Condition:
- Upper age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, as per Government of India Rules in this regard.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Blank attached herewith affixing their latest passport size photograph, which has to be produced at the time of verification of certificates.
- Appointment will be on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
- Candidates are required to bring all certificates in original along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities.

- The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test. The shortlisted candidates of Lab Technician/Senior Lab Technician/Junior Lab Technician, Radiographer MRI/CT need to appear for Skill Test and those who are qualifying Skill Test alone will be allowed to attend Written Test. For the position of Customer care Executive, Accounts Officer selection will be based on the performance of written test, qualification and experience. Duration for the written test is 30 minutes and maximum marks are 50.
- Age: Maximum 37 years as on 01.12.2019.’
- Interested and eligible candidates may walk-in for selection process from 10.00 AM and 1PM.
- Candidates who register up to 1 pm only will be allowed to attend the selection test. Candidates are required to bring their original and photo copy of Mark sheets & Certificates for verification.

- The Government of India established its first National Family Planning program in the 1950’s. At a time when condoms were mainly imported and were heavily priced, the availability and cost to the common man turned out to be vital for the success of the government’s “small family happy family” campaign. Subsequently, Govt of India decided to establish a company for the manufacture of condoms at affordable rates. Kerala being abundant in rubber came as a natural choice for setting up the facility and 01 March 1966 saw the incorporation of Hindustan Latex Limited under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The foundation stone for the maiden manufacturing plant, with a production capacity of 144 Million pieces, was laid at Peroorkada in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala on 14th January 1967. HLL commenced commercial production on 5th April 1969 in technical collaboration with Okamoto Industries of Japan. The year 1976 witnessed the first phase development with an increase in the production capacity to 288 million pieces a year.
- To meet the growing needs of Condoms for the national family planning programme, the company expanded its production units in Trivandrum and to Belgaum, Karnataka in 1985.
