General Conditions:
- Repco Bank set up by the Government of India is a fast growing organization having branches in all the five southern States and UT of Puducherry. The Board of Directors of the bank comprises Senior IAS Officers from Central and State Governments and Repatriates. Repco Bank invites applications for the post of SUB STAFF/PEON.
- Must have good physique.
- Must know cycling and have Two Wheeler License.
- SC/ST/OBC candidates should enclose Self attested copies of Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority, ie. Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar (Repatriate candidates should enclose attested copies of proof). In the absence of the certificates they will be treated as general candidates.
- Candidates having Four Wheeler license, if found suitable for driving, may be considered for Peon-cum-Driver in the same cadre.
- Application fee (Non-refundable and inclusive of GST)
- Application without Demand Draft/Bank Pay order will not be considered.
- The application fee must be paid upfront by means of Bank Pay Order or Bank Demand Draft issued by Scheduled Bank payable at Chennai and should be drawn in favor of “REPCO BANK RECRUITMENT CELL”.
- The applicant should write his name and address on the backside of the Demand Draft/Bank Pay Order.
- The written examination will be conducted ONLY at CHENNAI and the specific address will be intimated in the call letter for the eligible candidates. Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for attending the written examination and meet all the expenditure connected with it. Bank will not arrange / reimburse transportation expenses.

- Repco Bank (Repatriates Cooperative and Finance and Development Bank) is a cooperative bank established by the Government of India in 1969 to improve financial needs of repatriates from Sri Lanka and Burma. - Repatriates Cooperative Finance and Development Bank Ltd., (REPCO BANK) was registered on 19.11.1969 as a Cooperative Society under the relevant provisions of Madras Cooperative Societies Act, 1961 with Jurisdiction over the State of Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territory of Puducherry for the purpose of promoting the rehabilitation activities for repatriates from neighbouring countries mainly from Sri Lanka and Burma. The Society’s rules and regulations are governed by its byelaws. On the recommendation of Govt. of India, the Reserve Bank of India under section 7(1) of Banking Regulation Act, 1949 permitted this Institution to use the word “BANK” by Notification S.O. 626 dated 19.01.1972.
