General Condition:
- All candidates to upload their CV along with relevant documents pertaining to qualification, experience and publication as per MCI Regulations on e-mail academic.acms@gmail.com by 15 May 2021.
- As per merit after interview by the Selection Board. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
- Tentative date of interview will be in the last week of May. The short listed candidates will be informed of firm dates by email.
- The salary for Associate Professor – 1,30,000, Assistant Professor – Rs 85,000/- & Tutor Rs 60,000/-.
- Appointment will be for 03 years on contractual basis. First year of the contract period will be probation period. No family accommodation is available at present. The type & number of posts are tentative and are subject to change based on the Institute’s requirements.
- Received applications will be scrutinized and suitable candidates will be called for further proceedings (Interviews etc.).

- Army College of Medical Sciences (also known as ACMS New Delhi) is an Indian medical college affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It is supported by Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) of Indian Army for wards of serving and retired personnel of the Indian Army. It is situated near Base Hospital Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. The annual intake of students to this college is 100.
- It is an army aided college run by Indian army and is among the top 25 medical colleges in India https://www.indiatoday.in/bestcolleges/2018/ranks/1792403?page=24 . The college was opened in 2008 for its first batch of MBBS students.the teaching hospital affiliated to the college is base hospital which is run by the armed forces.
- Army College of Medical Sciences Delhi Cantt is a premier medical college in India, under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society. The College provides education to under-graduate medical students.
- ACMS is affiliated with Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University New Delhi. The College is recognised by the Medical Council of India and has a capacity of one hundred under-graduate student admissions per year.
- ACMS came into existence in 2008 to address the requirement of providing quality under-graduate medical education to wards of serving and retired Indian Army personnel. The foundation stone of the College was laid on 28 Jan 2004 by Raksha Mantri Shri George Fernandes. It was inaugurated by Raksha Mantri Shri AK Antony on 05 Jan 2009.
- Since inception, ACMS students have been securing top positions in University Examinations, averaging ten Distinctions in every University Examination. They have made their mark in various inter-college academic, sports and cultural competitions.
- NEET UG conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Merit list is prepared by the NTA and the same is sent to University, which carries out counselling, and students are admitted.
- Once selected in the merit list, students are invited for the counselling processing and admissions are done. On completion of the course, students can join the armed forces or pursue civil practice.
