4.Nature of engagement: – The engagement is purely on contract (except posts on deputation) which will be initially for a period of one year. Extension can be considered, based on performance and requirement of the Institute.
5.All the positions offered are on contract in project mode and does not envisage any form of regular appointment at NIRD in future.
6.All rights are vested with DDU-GKY Division of NIRD for selecting or rejecting of any candidate. NIRD and its officials can reject or select any candidate according to their requirements and rejecting & selecting of candidate is at the sole discretion of NIRD and its officials.
7.The selection committee reserves the right to alter the selection process whenever and wherever required based on the requirements
