Matric with Punjabi + 2 year I.T.I. certificate in Electrician trade from Govt./recognized I.T.I /Degree from recognized University and Member of the Institute of Co. Secretary of India and Degree in Law or M.B.A and Two years experience.

General Instruction:
- The Managing Director of the Corporation reserves the right not to fill up any or all the posts without assigning any reason. The number of posts in each cadre may be decreased or increased without any notice.
- The scrutiny of application form shall be done after the conduct of examination. During the process of scrutiny, the application form and other relevant documents, certificates etc. of the candidates shall be examined to determine their eligibility. The candidates not meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected after the scrutiny process or any time thereafter, if found ineligible.
- The candidates called for counselling will bring self-attested hard copy of the online application form along with Original Qualification documents, Reservation Certificates, Age (Birth/Matriculation certificate), (self-attested copy of original qualification documents and other original certificate also) and required affidavits along with four recent colour passport size photographs.
- The candidate called for counselling will submit the verification of all the academic qualification certificates in original issued by the respective University/Institution/ Board along with self-attested copy of the same. He/ She must also be conscious about the legal aspects involved here. In the event that the Corporation seeks any information in this regard and the Candidate is not able to in-time-produce the specified documents, his/her candidature shall be rejected without assigning any opportunity.
- The candidate called for counselling will submit an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate that in case, he/she is found ineligible by way of false or forged documents, he/she will be liable for criminal and legal proceedings against him/her (Annexure-VIII).
- The candidate selected for appointment will have to submit a bond at the timing of joining the service of the Corporation that he/she will not leave the job for two years. The specimen of bond will be given with the appointment letter. If he/she intends to leave the job of the Corporation then he/she will have to deposit Rs.50,000/- with interest thereon @12% per annum from the date of demand. Further, he/she has to complete all other formalities as per the Service-bye Laws of the Corporation and as per the Punjab Governments instructions issued from time to time.
- The category once filled will not be allowed to be changed. If any candidate applies for the same post in more than one category, the category in which he/she register first will be considered and the subsequent applications will automatically stand rejected.
- Candidates are not required to send hard copies of their applications and the copy of the qualification documents and reservations documents but are required to bring at the time of counselling.

- Candidates would be required to paste one recent coloured photograph at the designated space in the Online Application Form. Candidates are advised to retain a copy each of Online Application Form. Candidates doing self-attestation in the manner rendering de-facing at the photograph shall risk the cancellation of their application.
- The candidate should bring the Printed copy of admit card along with their identity proof in original i.e. either of Voter Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card or Driving Licence. No other identity document will be entertained.
- Mere eligibility for written exam appearing in written exam or passing of written exam shall not make candidate eligible for selection/appointment. The appointment will be subject to the fulfilment of eligibility and other conditions mentioned in the recruitment notice. The candidate called for counselling (Document Checking) will not have any claim for the selection. Managing Director of the Corporation reserves the right to change or cancel the selection process at any stage.

- Punjab State Tubewell Corporation (now Punjab Water Resources Management & Development Corporation) was incorporated in December, 1970 with the main objectives of utilization of ground water resources in the State of Punjab thereby providing irrigation como abrir uma loja virtual facilities to the farmers through installation of deep tubewells in the most backward kandi area of the State which is devoid of other means if irrigation due to deep water table and difficult underground geological formations.
