- Eligible candidates shall submit their application online in the prescribed application form available on the website of Directorate of Higher Education (www.dhe.goa.gov.in ) There will be a link named “Recruitment of Post in DHE” available on the website. Once successful submission of online application, an acknowledgment will be sent to the candidate’s email-Id.Candidates shall then download this acknowledgment and submit to the office of Directorate of Higher Education, Porvorim through post or hand delivery. The last date for applying online is 05/07/2018 and last date for submitting acknowledgement is 10/07/2018. The Department will not be responsible for any postal delays.
- Age limit for the posts:- Should not exceed 45 years. Age relaxation for Government servants/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen shall be as per the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time.
- Recruitment will be done as per the Office Memorandum No.1/6/83-PER/Vol-III)Pt.(a) dated 08/01/2016 issued by Personnel Department. There will be no oral interviews.Selection of the candidates for the post of Laboratory Assistant will be based on 100% written examination. Selection of the candidates for the post of Tabla Accompanist and Harmonium Accompanist will be based on 100% performance practical examination (Manch Pradarshan).
- Original documents of the meritorious candidates will be verified after the written examination/performance practical examination and incase the documents are not found to be satisfactory and valid then the selection of the candidate stands cancelled.
- Candidates already in Government service should send their application through proper channel.
- Separate applications should be given for different posts and different category of posts.
- List of eligible candidates for Written Examination/Practical Performance Examination will be displayed on the department’s website. All future correspondence to eligible candidates will be through e-mail.
