- Only those possessing prescribed qualifications may apply online latest by April 10,2020 (Friday). Thereafter, website link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance without waiting for the last date of submission of online form. The applicants are required to submit the printed copy of online application form along with self-attested copies of relevant testimonials (from Matriculation onwards) by April 17, 2020 (Friday) up to 5:00 P.M.
- Separate application form is required to be submitted for each post along with requisite fee.
- The eligibility of candidates will be determined as on the last date fixed for online submission of applications forms.
- Incomplete applications or the applications received without the prescribed fee or received after the last date of receipt of applications are liable to be rejected.
- The University shall not be responsible for postal delay, if any. In case, last date for submission of Print/hard copy falls on holiday, then next working day shall be treated as last date.
- Reservation will be as per the Haryana Government norms.
- The benefit of reservation will be given only to those SC/BCA/BCB/Persons with Disabilities/ESM /EWS candidates, who are domicile of Haryana State. Such candidates are required to attach/ upload relevant Certificate duly issued by the competent authority at the time of filling online application.
- ESM/DESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit will have to produce the valid Eligibility Certificate from the concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of interview. Mere dependent certificate will not be entertained. ESM candidates should also produce attested photo copy of identity card issued by concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of interview.
- NONE OF THE PERSON BELOW SHALL FALL WITHIN DEFINITION OF WORD DEPENDENT OF EXSERVICEMEN IN TERMS OF HARYANA GOVT. LETTER
NO.12/37/79-GSIII DATED 21-11-1980:-
a) A person working on ad-hoc basis against the post advertised or somewhere else.
b) A person unemployed at the time of making the application but he may have other source of income viz. from agriculture, trade, property, Bank balance etc.
c) A person who is a member of the joint Hindu family and remains dependent upon the Karta till there is partition in the family or he ceases to be a member of the joint Hindu family and is obliged to pass on all his income to the Karta and he draws money for his subsistence from the pool of the joint Hindu family with the consent of the Karta.
d) A candidate who is a member of the joint Hindu family is employed on ad hoc basis but he is otherwise dependent on his father. - The above mentioned non-teaching posts earlier advertised vide Advt. No. 06/2016, Advt. No. 09/2016 and related Corrigendums stands withdrawn. The candidates, who had earlier applied for these posts against Advt. No. 06/2016, Advt. No. 09/2016 and related Corrigendum and interview for the same was not conducted, are required to apply afresh. Those candidates, who do not wish to apply as per this Advertisement, may claim for refund of fee to the Deputy Registrar (Establishment), Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind with a valid proof latest by 30-04-2020 for these advertised posts. Thereafter, no application for refund of fee shall be considered.
- 4% horizontal reservation of the total posts will be provided to the persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) belonging to Haryana State with 40% or more disability. Reservation for the persons with disabilities in Group Á’ or Group ‘B’ posts shall be computed on the basis of total number of vacancies occurring in direct recruitment quota in all the Group ‘Á’ posts or Group ‘B’ posts respectively in the cadre. However, if eligible persons are not found available in response to this advertisement, the posts will be filled out of general category and the points meant for persons with disabilities shall be carried forward for being filled from future vacancies.

- Established by the State Legislature Act 28 of 2014 on July 24, 2014, CSRU has a sprawling campus of 75 acres situated 2 kilometres from Gohana Bypass, Jind. The university was established with the vision of imparting quality education by creating most conducive ambience for the production and dissemination of knowledge guided by innovative thinking, scientific enquiry, sublime human values, sustainable ecology, and democratic ethos. The aim of the University is the cultivation of citizens with a rich awareness of our heritage to lead and serve in every sphere of human activity.
- The University is affiliated u/s 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 vide letter no. 9-12/2014 (CPP-I/PU) dated 26 September, 2014 and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities. The University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 12(B) of the UGC Act to be eligible for central assistance on 03.01.2018. In a short span of four years, the university has many achievements to its credit. The First Convocation of the University was held on April 18, 2017. Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, Governor of Haryana was the Chief Guest and delivered the Convocation Address. Ch. Birender Singh, Steel Minister, Government of India, Sh. Ramesh Kaushik, Member of Parliament, Smt. Prem Lata, MLA and Sh. Jasbir Deswal, MLA were also graced the convocation as Guests of Honour. The university gave 14 Gold Medals, 13 M.Phil, 289 Post Graduates and 289 Under Graduates Degrees were awarded during the Convocation.
- In addition to the academics the students are also encouraged to participate in sports events and extracurricular activities at the campus as well as outside the campus the enable their wholesome personality development.
- The university has a newly constructed academic block with latest infrastructure and newly constructed Laxmi Bai Girls Hostel with ultra-modern facilities. The central library of the university has the stock of approximately16000 books. It subscribes to National and International refereed journals, magazines and periodicals and also subscribes many Hindi and English newspapers. Round the clock internet facility is also available in the library premises. The university has an impressive Language Lab which is open for all the students of the university to help them to improve their communication skills. The university also has a Computer lab well equipped with the latest software and is networked with 32 mbps internet speed with fiber optical device. The Psychology lab of the university is spacious and fully equipped with latest equipment to carry out the tests. The Conference room of the university is equipped with world class facilities with a seating capacity of 40 persons. The construction for the extension of academic block, Second Computer Lab, Administrative Block, Boys Hostel, Sports Stadium and residential quarters for faculty is in full swing.
