General Information:
- Applications for the Direct Quota posts for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab (Under Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences Society, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab) are invited on prescribed proforma. Last date of receipt of Applications is 18.03.2020 till 5.00 PM.
- The pay scales of these posts will be as per the level in the pay matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission.
- Eligibility criteria i.e. Education qualifications and teaching experience etc. is as prescribed in the Punjab Medical Education (Group-A) Service Rules, 2016, available on the website www.punjabmedicaleducation.org
- Eligibility criteria i.e. Education qualifications and teaching experience etc. is as prescribed in the Punjab Dental Education (Group-A) Service Rules, 2016 for the post of Assistant Professor Dentistry.
- Candidates having less academics marks are not eligible and will not called for interview.
- 5% Relaxation will be applicable for SC candidates for academics and interview marks in above eligibility conditions.
- The applications complete in all respects, shall be addressed to the Principal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. Applications received
after the closing date, due to any reason including the postal delay will be rejected. It will be the responsibility of the candidate concerned to submit the application well in time. - Application Link /form is available on the website of www.punjabmedicaleducation.org. Applicant will first fill the online form, after submission of the application the candidate will receive
email of the filled form on the given e-mail ID. The candidate will take the print out and submit it along with the other required documents with the application form available on the website. - The candidates should have the requisite qualifications and experience by the last date for the Receipt of Application.
- Age limit (minimum and maximum) calculated as on 1stJanuary,2020.
- The application should accompany with Bank Draft of Rs. 1500/- (Rs. One Thousand and five hundred Only) for General Category candidates and Rs. 750/- (Rs. Seven Hundred and fifty only) for SC/ST category candidates, in the name of the DirectorPrincipal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.

- Incomplete application will be rejected without any correspondence.
- In the event of the withdrawal of requisition by the Government or withholding of selection of candidates on account of any reason, the application fee paid to be the Government along with the application form shall not be returned/ refunded to the candidates.
- In case the applicant is already serving in the Government/Private/Central Government institutions, the application should be sent directly to Director-Principal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, at present address Medical Education Bhawan, Near Mayo Hospital, Sector 69, SAS Nagar (Mohali) . The applicant should get NOC from the concerned authority before the interview.
