General Information:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate must be able to speak Manipuri or any of the tribal dialects of Manipur.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Manipur provided that a candidate whose parent or any of his/her direct lineage are permanent resident of the State, with proper documentary proof like enrolment in the electoral roll and birth certificate, will also be eligible.
- Candidates serving in any Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body should apply through proper channel or should apply directly with “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the employer to avoid delay.
- A candidate can apply for more than one post. Candidate applying more than one post shall have to register for each.
- Application form not accompanied with prescribed fee or not as per the prescribed format or incomplete in any respect will not be entertained.

- Canvassing for the posts, in any form will be a ground for disqualification.
- Persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation. The candidate should be in possession of disability certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority in this regard.
- The number of vacancies is liable to change as per the decision of the Board of Management of the MSCB Ltd.
- The candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on the date of notification.
- The upper age limit is relaxable for eligible employees serving in the Manipur State Cooperative Bank Ltd. to the extent of the period of continuous services put in the post/services and by 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for candidates belonging to the PWD category and 3 years for persons who are engaged as Recovery Agents in the MSCB Ltd. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC who are also physically handicapped will be eligible for grant of cumulative age relaxation under both the categories.
- SC/ST- Rs.200/- (ii) General and OBC – Rs.500/-. (iii) PWD- Nil.
- Application fee is non- refundable and not transferable.
- After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidate should pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, by following the instructions available on the screen.
- Payment can be made by using Internet Banking, Debit Card/Credit Card etc. by providing information as asked on the screen.
- On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form will be generated, which may be printed for record. The printout of the application form is NOT to be sent to the Bank.

About Us:
- The Manipur State Co-operative Bank (MSCB) Ltd. was established on 24th June 1956 and registered on 2nd July 1956 with 77 members comprising of 33 Societies and 43 individuals under Regd. No. 1 of 1956 under the Manipur Cooperative Societies Act, 1947 which was subsequently replaced by the Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976 with jurisdiction over the entire State. The bank commenced banking business on the 24th March 1958. The bank is licensed under Section 22 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (AACS) under No. RPCD. Guwa/2011-12/SCB-2 dated 29th March 2012.
- Being the apex bank of the State, MSCB Ltd. assumes a key role in the cooperative credit structure in the State and has been providing Short Term [Seasonal Agricultural Operations(SAO), Kisan Credit Cards (KCC)], Medium Term and Long Term credit to the Agriculturists (Dairy, Poultry, Piggery, Pisciculture, Pump Sets, Tractors, Power Tillers, Duckery) and other Schematic lending. In addition, the bank provides cash credit as well as term loans to processing, marketing, weaving, small and tiny industries, artisans, businessmen, transporters, shop establishments, Hospitals, Agencies and Government employees under various loan schemes of the bank.
- The bank is in its 58 year of banking service and it has been playing a crucial role in the economic development of Manipur by extending credit facilities to the credit starve people of the State.
- The bank has crossed Rs.225.30 crores (as on 31st March 2015) business. It has presence in all the Districts of the State, except Chandel District. The Bank is serving through its network of ten (10) CBS enabled branches in the State and is offering a wide range of services, including RTGS/NEFT, to its customers.
