Invitation Of Application For Engagement Of Crccs On
Deployment Basis Under Ssa, Sambalpur
Applications are invited from eligible Level-IV/V/ZP teachers for engagement of CRC Coordinators or deployment basis in different Blocks/Clusters of Sambalpur District. The details of eligibility criteria, mode of application and Application Form can be downloaded from the website www.sambalpur.nic.in. The last date of receipt of application is dt.13.11.2015. The CRCCs who have already completed 5 years of service as CRCC need not apply.

Eligibility Criteria for Engagement of CRCCs:
i.Elementary Cadre teachers/Zilla Parishad cadre teachers belonging to Level IV/V can apply for the post of CRCC.
ii.The teachers against whom departmental proceedings/charges of misappropriation of fund/criminal case pending shall not be allowed.
iii.Teachers who have been disengaged from the post of CRCC due to different reasons i.e. completion of 5 years of tenure, resignation and misconduct, administrative exigencies etc. shall not apply.
iv.The eligible teachers can apply for the post of CRCC only for the block where they are working/posted.
Documents to be Submitted: The interested teachers having requisite eligibility criteria have to submit the following documents.
i.Application form duly filled in.
ii.Declaration
iii.Certificate issued by Block Education Officer
iv.Undertaking
v.Xerox copy of the First and Last page of Service Record.
vi.Self attested copy of all Educational and Professional Qualifications.
vii.Two recent passport size self attested colour photographs.

POST only. No other mode of communication will be entertained. Incomplete application and application received after due date will be rejected.
