Pay Scale: Rs.30000/- (Per month)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law with 60% marks in the aggrigate with two years experience.

Terms and Conditions of Engagement:
- The successful candidates shall be engaged as Junior Advocates on full time retainer-ship basis with the Board, initially for a period of 11 months extendable on year to year basis, based on the requirement of the Board & performance of the candidate.
- The Junior Advocates shall be required to appear in courts on behalf of the Board, vet written statements, affidavits, agreements and contracts, manage legal matters on behalf of the Board and execute other assignments that may be entrusted to them.
- The Junior Advocates shall be paid a minimum of Rs.30,000/- pm as Retainership fee. However, the retainer-ship fee is negotiable and shall be commensurate with the experience and qualification of the candidate and current market standards.
- The Junior Advocate shall not be allowed to indulge in any other professional activity.
