Educational Qualification: Matric with ITI certificate in Building Construction/ Building Maintenance or ITI Certificate in Civil Drafts man or ITI Certificate in Surveying (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric.
