- KRISHAK BHARATI COOPERATIVE LTD (KRIBHCO) a multi state cooperative organization with its operation on PAN India and international basis, invites applications from the Indian Citizen eligible candidates for the POST of Field Representative (Trainee) in the initial consolidated salary of Rs 34000/- PM. In addition the candidates during training period will get HRA as per place of posting, PF and Medical benefits for self, Leave as per KRIBHCOs rule, Group personal accident cum death assurance.
- After successful completion of training the candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs pay scale of Rs 34000/– 76000/- respectively with DA and Perks of Basic Pay with other allowances/facilities like CPF, Group Gratuity & Group Life Insurance, pension with Medical facilities for self and dependent family members with Housing, Conveyance and Computer/education Loan for children’s facilities with proper career growth.

- Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) is an Indian cooperative society that manufactures fertilizer, mainly urea.
- The Government of India through the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers was a member of KRIBHCO but its equity holding was reduced to NIL on 4 July 2013 under the provisions of the MSCS Act 2002.
- The company installed three bio-fertilizer plants, each with a capacity of 100 MT, in Hazira, Gujrat, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and Lanja, Maharashtra in 2003 and 2004 respectively.[citation needed] Chandrapal Singh Yadav was chairman from 1996. Shri N. S. Rao is the managing director.

- In an endeavor to make constant improvements, KRIBHCO implemented various schemes to enhance its capacity and improve the energy consumption. Capacities of ammonia & urea plants were reassessed to 2×1520 MTPD Ammonia and 4x 1310 MTPD Urea with annual installed capacity of 10.03 Lakh MT ammonia and 17.29 lakh MT of urea.
- The Hazira Fertilizer Complex was subsequently revamped in 2013 to increase its production capacity by 4.65 LMTPA of Urea. After the revamp, the rated capacity has been enhanced to 2×3325 MTPD Urea (21.95 LMTPA) and 2 x 1890 MTPD Ammonia (12.47 LMTPA). With this, the Hazira fertilizer complex has become the largest single location urea plant in India .
- Kribhco owns a gas based Fertilizer Complex at Shahjahanpur , U.P. strategically located in North India, in high urea consumption belt. The fertilizer complex consists of 1520 MPTD Ammonia Plant (annual capacity of 5.02 Lakh MT) and 2620 MTPD Urea Plant (annual capacity of 8.64 Lakh MT). The Fertilizer Plant is and based on Natural Gas as feedstock supplied through the Hazira-Vijaypur-Jagdishpur (“HVJ”) gas pipeline. Kribhco shahjahanpur plant is the latest Greenfield urea plant in India.
- KRIBHCO has also made realignment in its corporate strategy and internal operations revamping to meet the challenges in the liberalized/globalized economy. As a part of above initiative, KRIBHCO entered into overseas Joint Ventures, diversification into Power Sector, Logistics Business, etc
