- For Assistant General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 23 years of post qualification experience.
- For Deputy General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 26 years of post qualification experience.
- For Executive Director (Operations): First class full time Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute or Full time Science degree with First class full time post graduate diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology with 30 years of post qualification experience in a large sized Engineering / Process / Manufacturing plant.
