EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited for the following posts of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Baramulla (J&K), ICARCITH, Srinagar and ICAR-CITH, Regional Station, Dirang (Arunachal Pradesh). The continuation of posts of KVK, Baramulla depends on tenure of KVK, Baramulla, J&K. However, the posts related to ICAR-CITH, Srinagar are temporary but likely to be continued. The application received from the individuals for the posts figured at Sr. No. 1 to 3 in response to advertisement notified in Employment News 16-22 August, 2014 stands cancelled and candidates are advised to submit fresh applications for consideration of their candidature.

Other conditions applying for the posts:
1.Each application should be accompanied with the following:
- An application fee (Non-refundable) with Rs. 200/= (Rupees Two Hundred Only) in shape of a crossed Demand Draft favouring to ICAR-Unit-CITH, Srinagar, payable at SBI, Rawalpora (6868). SC/ST and women candidates are exempted for the payment of application fee. In remaining cases, the application fee is compulsory; failing in enclosing the requisite fee, the application will summarily be rejected.
- Persons with disabilities are also exempted for payment of application fee on production of Medical Certificate duly issued by appropriate Medical Authority.
- Attested photocopies of all the educational certificates; and
- A self-addressed envelope (11” x 5”) bearing postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- only;
2. Application should be on A-4 size plain paper duly pasted one recent passport size photograph in the prescribed form. Incomplete OR received after the due date or application not in format devised shall summarily be rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained;
3. Application not signed by the candidate will be rejected;
4. For date of birth, only Matriculation or equivalent certificate will be accepted subject to verification from concerned Board/ University. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and mere possession of higher qualification does not entail any candidates its right to be called for Test/interview;
5. The application should reach this office within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in print media. The date of the publication will be treated as publication date for the purpose of calculation of 30 days. The Institute shall not be responsible for postal delay. If any applications received after closing date will not be entertained/considered;
6. The posts of KVK are non-government and the continuation of posts depends on tenure/ co-termination of KVK, Baramulla (J&K) under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.
