General Conditions:
- Any canvassing directly or indirectly by the applicant will disqualify his/her candidature.
- Only Indian Nationals can apply.
- Matriculation should be recognized by Education Board of State / CBSE / ICSE.
- The ITI institute should be recognized by Govt. / NCVT.
- The cutoff date for Age and qualification will be 30.09.2019.
- The candidate must have passed the essential qualification on or before 30.09.2019.
- The candidate must meet all the criterion as per criterion mentioned in the advertisement.
- Incomplete/ineligible applications will be rejected summarily.

How To Apply:

- Candidates are required to apply online through website www.cciltd.in in the career section The software is so designed that it would not accept the photo/signature if it is not within the above size range.
- Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment process. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID / mobile phone, candidate should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying. Under no circumstances, candidate should share/mention e-mail ID to/of any other person. This will be used to communicate with the candidate.
- The mobile number would be used for validation of applications at the time of registration.An OTP will be sent to the mobile number and will have to be authenticated during registration.
- Candidate is required to go to the website of CCI Ltd. i.e., www.cciltd.in and click on the link “Career” and then the recruitment notification titled Advt. No. AT/04/2019 for registration and submission of the application.
- Candidate should thoroughly go through the vacancy notification first to let him/her know the eligibility, age criteria etc.
- The candidate has to furnish certificate no. of SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS/EX-servicemen and date of issue of certificates for availing benefits. Community/Cast Certificate should be in prescribed format as per order issued by Govt. of India time to time, for seeking age relaxation etc. These certificates would be verified after written test and only for qualified candidates. The OBC certificate ( Non-Creamy Layer) must be issued in the year 2019 for employment of Government of India.
- Candidate will have to upload scanned copy of passport size colour photo, signature scan copy. The size of these scanned copies are given at important instructions.
- After successful filing up of the application form, candidate is required to pay the requisite fees through online mode only via credit card, Debit card, net banking etc., without which the online application form can not be submitted.
- Only online payment of fees is applicable. There will not be any other mode of payment of application fee.
- The online registration will remain active from 03.10.2019, 1000 hours to 25.10.2019 1700 hrs only. Candidate must not wait for the closing date / closing hour for the purpose of applying for any post, as the same may cause non-submission of application due to last-minute rush or any technical glitch/network error, as CCI will not be responsible for non-submission of applications..
- Candidates are advised to choose the post judiciously and fill in the requisite details in the online application format carefully. There will be a preview of the application filled in by the candidate before submitting the application, so that it can be edited. After submission of the application, no modification will be permitted. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

- Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) is a public-sector undertaking of the government of India. The company was incorporated as a wholly government-owned corporation on 18 January 1965, with the objective of setting up cement units in public sector to help achieve self-sufficiency in cement production in the country.
- CCI is based in New Delhi. The corporation manufactures various types of cements, such as Portland pozzolana cement (PPC), Portland slag cement (PSC), and ordinary Portland cement (OPC) of varying grades – 33, 43,53 and 53S (special grade cement for manufacture of sleepers for Indian Railways).
- CCI currently has three profit making operating units and various regional centers spread over different Indian states and union territories, with a total annual installed capacity of 38.48 lakh tonne.
- The units are spread throughout the country from East (Bokajan in Assam) to West (Akaltara, Mandhar in Chhattisgarh and Nayagaon in Madhya Pradesh) and from North (Rajban in Himachal Pradesh and Charkhi Dadri in Haryana) to South (Kurkunta in Karnataka and Adilabad, Tandur in Telangana), with one cement grinding unit in Delhi.
- The performance of CCI was adversely affected due to severe liquidity crunch and infrastructural constraints particularly related to power shortage. 7 units out of 10 are non-operational due to various reasons, especially after Mrs Indira Gandhi, the Prime Minister was no more. The company became sick and was referred to BIFR. BIFR had directed the OA to appoint a merchant banker to explore the sale of CCI as a whole as a going concern basis or its units individually or collectively.
