Educational Qualification:
- For Manager (Admin): Candidates Must possess any Degree and MBA with specification in Human Resources, and Industrial Relations or any degree and 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Personnal Management and Industrial Relations.
- For Manager (Schemes) & Manager (P&I): Candidates Must possess a Degree in Vety Science from a recognized University. Must have registered with Vety Council.
Note:
- Destitute Widow, Ex-service men, Dependent of Ex-service men, Inter caste marriage, Freedom fighter (Son and Daughter Tamil Language only), Burma/ Ceylon, Repatriates, Owners of land acquired by Government, Physically handicapped (exclusively Ortho), Orphans.
- If priority candidates are not available with respect to SC(A) Non priority among SC (A) will be considered, if SC (A) NP/P are not available SC non priority candidates will be considered as per GO.Ms.No.142P&AR (K) Dept. dated 14.10.2009.

- The candidates belonging to the OC/ MBC/ BC will be required to pay and Application and processing fee of Rs.250/- (Non-Refundable). SC/SCA/ST Candidates are exempted from payment of application & processing fees.
