The candidates who are willing to serve in the University for not less than a minimum period of three years alone shall apply. The candidates selected for the above posts by this University should execute a bond to serve the University for a minimum period of three years; failing which he/she should pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only). The bond should be executed before joining duty.
How to Apply:
Application form and instructions to candidates and the details on number of posts (discipline-wise), communal reservation, scale of pay, qualification as per the Service Rules of the University can be downloaded from the TNFU website www.tnfu.ac.in. The duly filled in application should reach the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, Nagapattinam-611 001 on or before 5.00 pm on 04.06.2015 along with the Registration Fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only)/ Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred and fifty only) in the case of SC/ST candidates by crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Finance Officer, Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, Nagapattinam” at any nationalized bank payable at Nagapattinam. The Demand Draft should be dated not earlier than 06.05.2015. The candidates should specify in their application form “Application for the post of Assistant Professor(Fisheries Science)/Associate   Professor (Fisheries   Science)/Assistant   Professor   (Basic Sciences)/Assistant Professor (Fisheries Engineering)/Associate Professor (Fisheries Engineering)”.
