The qualification requirements for Diploma and Graduate Apprentice positions are as follows:
1. CATEGORY – 1: GRADUATE APPRENTICES:
– First Class Engineering Degree (full-time course) in the respective discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
– Minimum 6.3 CGPA (relaxed to a minimum of 5.3 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
– Relaxation in CGPA applicable for reserved posts only.
2. CATEGORY – 2: TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES:
– First Class Diploma in Engineering obtained from State Board of Technical Education/recognized Indian University (full-time course) in the respective discipline.
– Minimum 60% marks (relaxed to 50% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
– Relaxation in marks applicable for reserved candidates only.
Vacancy Details

– Graduate Engineer Apprentices: 25
– Diploma Apprentices: 50

Pay Scale
The pay scale for the selected candidates in ARDE Pune is as follows:
