Educational Qualification: Candidate should be B. Tech or Post Graduate in any other field, (with minimum of 50% marks or CGPA of 5 on a scale of 10) from UGC/AICTE recognized university or Institute with 3 years’ experience.

Job responsibilities:
- Facilities Management, Maintenance and upkeep, including all equipment and other facilities outsourced to vendor, or inhouse.
- Vendor Performance Management, Monitoring of day to day operations of the vendors staff, including the rostering of staff/workers and daily record keeping of the same.
- Help Desk Management, Maintaining daily complaints tracker, acting as SPOC, assigning the duties and resolving the complaints at minimum down time.
- Help the Estate management team, to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations.
- Responsible for requisitioning and maintaining all supplies and verification of deliveries and availability in store, thereof, of all stock items required for maintenance and upkeep of facilities and infrastructure.
