1.Applications in prescribed format should be submitted in the drop box kept at MDM Section, office of the District Magistrate Cooch Behar , Ground floor , New collectorate Building from 27/02/2017 to 10/03/2017 from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. excluding holidays. But application received after 10/03/2017 at 5.00 p.m. will be summarily rejected and shall not be entertained. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. Decision of scrutinizing committee in regard to incomplete application will be final or binding. No TA /DA is admissible.

2.Application form can available from the website: www.coochbehar.gov.in or Office Notice Board of the District Magistrate, Cooch Behar /Sub-divisional Officer, Sadar/ Tufanganj /Dinhata/ Mathabhanga/Mekliganj from 27/02/2017 to 10/03/2017.
3.Necessary documents duly attested to be attached with the application:
i) Age Proof certificate
ii) Educational Qualification certificate(s)
iii) Address Proof.
iv) 2(Two) copies passport size photograph with self attestation.
v) 2(Two) nos Self address envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 5/-.
vi) Experience certificate(s) (If any).
How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with attested copies of relevant documents, two Self address envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 5/- & two copy of passport size photograph send to MDM Section, office of the District Magistrate Cooch Behar , Ground floor , New collectorate Building Cooch Behar(HQ) on or before 10.03.2017.
