National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites applications from the persons with disabilities as defined in G.I Deptt. of Per. & Trg. OM no. 36035/14/95-Estt.(Res.) dt. 27.02.1996 and amended from time to time for direct recruitment to the following post in the scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100(PB-3) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-.

- Only such persons would be eligible for applying against the advertisement who suffer from not less than 40% of relevant disability.
- While applying the advertised post, the applicant shall submit a Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the prescribed format (enclosed at Annex-I).
- The Competent Authority to issue Disability Certificate shall be a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or a State Government. The Central /State Government may constitute Medical Board(s) consisting of atleast three members out of which at least one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing locomotor/Cerebral/visual/hearing disability, as the case may be.
- Applications not submitted strictly in the prescribed format or incomplete in any respect or without Disability Certificate in prescribed format issued by Competent Authority and NOC from department presently working and without details of pay scales shall be liable for summary rejection. The candidates are advised to fill the application format carefully in accordance with the eligibility criteria and experience mentioned above. It may be noted that any subsequent clarification regarding job profile/ experience, etc. at a later date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
