General Information:
- National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) is a Govt. of India undertaking under the aegis of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India.The vision of the corporation is to play a leading role in up-liftment of economic status of the poor amongst the Backward Classes by providing concessional financial assistance to the target group through the State Channelizing Agencies (SCAs) / Regional Rural Banks and Public Sector Banks.The Corporation additionally undertakes skill development and other promotional activities for its beneficiaries.
- Age relaxation shall be applicable to the SC/ST/OBC /PWD & other categories of candidates as per Government directives and the age limit for the Internal candidates shall be as per Recruitment Seniority and Promotion Rules of the Corporation.
- For Executive The applicants should have minimum one year of working experience in N-4 grade i.e in the pay scale of Rs.25,500-90,000/- (IDA) or Executive level pay scale in a Bank and in case of contractual employees he /she should be drawing a minimum
consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/- p.m for atleast one year. - For Manager The emoluments for Manager (E-2) post in the pay-scale of Rs.50,000-160,000 (IDA) is Rs.83,900/- p.m as on March 2019. The other benefits such as Leave, LTC, Medical benefits, Provident Funds, Gratuity, Pension, HBA etc. shall be as per rules of the
Corporation. The approx. CTC presently is Rs.12.00 lakhs. - While the place of posting will be New Delhi as of now and the area of working will be broadly as per requirement elaborated at B above, the incumbents should be prepared to work at any location on pan India basis in sector as may be required by the Corporation

- Candidate applying for post of Executive (IT) should have specific hands on experience of working in JAWA language pertaining to loan accounting systems and other operational software as implemented in Financial services CPSEs/ PSBs/ organization under aegis of Ministry of Electronics & IT.
- Candidates applying for Executive (Project-Finance) should have specific hands on experience of working in Loan Management and IT Systems pertaining to loan accounting systems and other operational software in Financial Service, CPSEs / Public Sector Banks.
- An understanding of socio economic conditions of Backward Classes and exposure to community and social development related areas with willingness to travel to the clusters of weaker sections in rural and urban areas will also be essential.

NBCFDC was incorporated under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 on 13th January 1992 as a Company not for profit with an objective to promote economic and developmental activities for the benefit of Backward Classes and to assist the poorer section of these classes in skill development and self employment ventures. NBCFDC provides financial assistance through State Channelising Agencies (SCAs) nominated by the State Governments/UTs. NBCFDC also provides Micro Financing through SCAs/ Self Help Groups (SHGs) . The Corporation can assist a wide range of income generating activities to assist the poorer section of these classes in skill development and self-employment ventures under following broad sectors : 1. Agriculture and Allied Activities 2. Small Business 3. Artisan and Traditional Occupation 4. Technical and Professional Trades/Courses 5. Transport and Service Sector etc.
- National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) was incorporated 13 January 1992 as a non profit company under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India to improve and develop the economic activities for the members of Backward Classes who are living below double the poverty line
- The Corporation can assist loan for their self-employment ventures in the sectors like agriculture, transport and service etc. NBCFDC also provides Micro Financing through SCAs/ Self Help Groups (SHGs) . The Corporation can assist a wide range of income generating activities to assist the poorer section of these classes in skill development and self-employment ventures under following broad sectors.
