General Conditions:
- Only Indian Nationals may apply.
- Remuneration: Selected candidates will be placed in the IDA pay scale of Rs.43200-66000 (E-7) (under
revision). Besides Basic pay, the incumbent will be entitled to DA, HRA/Leased accommodation, PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Conveyance Allowance, Holiday Home Expenses, Soft Furnishing, Children’s Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, Reimbursement of Professional Membership and Computer Advance as per rules of the company. The present Cost to Company (CTC) is approximately Rs. 18.35 Lakhs per annum for E-7. Performance Related Pay (PRP) would be payable extra. In deserving cases, additional increments can also be considered. - Mode of receipt of applications will be ONLINE only.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST (5 years)/ OBC (3 years) / Ex-servicemen (05 years) & for PwD (Person with Disability) will be applicable as per Government Directives. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1/1/1980 to 31/12/1989.
- Documents in support of Age, Educational Qualification, Experience and age relaxation etc. have to be produced in original at the time of Interview. In case of employees from Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies, NOC is required to be produced at that time.
- Screening and selection will be based on the details provided by the candidates. Hence, it is necessary that applicants furnish accurate, complete and correct information in all areas including details of experience. Furnishing of incomplete, wrong / false information will entail disqualification. If at any stage during the
