Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years experience /AMIE (Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering) having passed Section “A” & “B” of the Institution of Engineers India at least 5 years experience /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 year experience.

General Information:
- The candidates selected and placed on the panel shall, on appointment in RITES, be entitled to Deputation Pay + Expert Professional Allowance + other allowances, if any, in addition to their parent pay as decided by RITES Management from time to time.
- The applicants shall be shortlisted on the basis of their bio data. The short listed candidates shall be interviewed and placed on the panel, if found suitable. The empanelled persons, on appointment in RITES, are liable to be posted at different locations falling under the Northern Region.
- Quality Assurance Division of RITES limited has 5 Regional offices with Head Quarters at Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bhilai and Mumbai. As such candidates can be posted in any region within India. But applicants are advised that generally they shall be considered for deputation in the region where they are applying for. Applicants can give choice for preferred place of posting but there is no guarantee that candidate shall be posted at their station of choice and shall be posted as per requirements of RITES.
- The period of deputation in RITES will be for 3 years, further extendable as per extant rules.
- Applicants who have already applied under previous notification should apply with fresh bio-data.
- Applications of willing personnel, who fulfill the above requirements, may kindly be obtained and duly forwarded by the Controlling Authority along bio-data in the enclosed format, copies of confidential reports (Year ending March 2015 to March 2019) of the applicants for the last 5 years, D&AR/SPE, Vigilance clearance and No Objection Certificate so as to reach the undersigned latest by 31.08.2019 on the following address.

RITES conducts Third Party Inspection of various type of materials for Railway and Non-Railway clients.
- Northern Region of RITES Limited intends to formulate a panel of Inspecting Engineers who will be appointed in RITES on deputation basis for the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
- Accordingly the applications are invited from willing individuals who are presently working in
Zonal Railways, Production Units, Railway Board, R.D.S.O. or attached offices of Railways/PSUs under ministry of Railways. - Candidate should be experienced in Maintenance, Production,railway design,operation of Rolling Stock,Workshop operations, Quality Assurance including Third Party/Second Party/Internal Inspection. Certification courses in radiographic testing non destructive testing or similar professional expertise in quality assurance is desirable.
