- Business development & promotional activities; marketing and content development; social media and web promotion for incubator.
- Designing and conducting Mentoring and Training Programs for Startups.
- Exposure of cross sector businesses and startup ecosystem.
- Scouting and building pipeline of potential startups; idea recognition, pre-incubation support and assistance to potential startups.
- Startup portfolio management.
- Business planning and financial modelling.
- Facilitate startups with areas of strategy, business plan development, market analysis, and company registrations. Mentor development & Investor Relation Management: Analyze the requirements of startups and connect with the mentor pool and investors.
- Delineate deliverables, their timelines, monitor and review progress of startups. Plan graduation and exit programmes.
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic start-up environment
- Well conversed and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Administrative Capabilities.
