The ESSO-National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR), an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India, New Delhi is the nodal agency responsible for planning, co-ordinating and executing the Indian Polar Programme.
