Qualifications:
Counselor
Essential Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduate degree/diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing;Â Â Â with minimum 1 year experience after PG degree/diploma of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. OR
Graduate   in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing; with minimum 3 years experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of People infected with of affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS. Other expertise required: Working knowledge of Computers.
Lab Technician
Essential Qualification & Experience:
Graduate   in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc); with minimum 1 year experience after graduation. OR Diploma   in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT); with minimum 2 years experience after diploma. The services of existing LTs who do not hold a DMLT may be continued if they have done a Certificate   Course in   Medical   Laboratory Technology and have more than 5 years’ experience of working in the ICTC/PPPTCT/ART centre run under the   National   AIDS Control Programme. The course of atleast two years duration. Other expertise required: Working knowledge of computers.
General Conditions:
1.All the assignments are purely on contract basis for an initial period of 1 year with provision of extension depending upon project requirement and individual performance.
2.The selected applicant will not have any claim or right for a permanent job with the SACS/NACO or the Government of Uttarakhand or any of its organisations or The World Bank.
3.Screening Criteria: In case of more applications, apart from above mentioned criteria screening will be done based on relevant skill set, experience and professional qualifications.
4.An applicant can apply for only one post/assignment. Applications for more than one post/assignment from a single applicant may disqualify his / her candidature.
5.Only Short-listed candidates will be called for interview. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by Post / telephone only and no separate communication will be sent. At the time of interview, they should bring Original Certificates of qualifications and experience, NOC and a photocopy of these(if required)
6.No TA /DA will be paid for appearing for the interview.
7.USACS reserves the right to fill up the post or increase/decrease the number of post or even to cancel the whole process of engagement without assigning any reasons thereof.
8.Canvassing in any form and bringing any influence, political or otherwise will be treated as a disqualification for the assignment applied for and SACS reserves the right not to consider such applicants for the selection process.
